There is nothing like the smell of bread baking. When I lived in Germany we had bread (Brotchen) delivered every morning. Oh I really loved that bread. I started buying fresh bread when the prices of supermarket brands went up. I fell back in love with the freshness and taste of the bread. Here is a question to ask around the table; How do you know the bread you buy is fresh?
