Cherry Almond Friendship Bread
to your 1-3/4 cup starter add:
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup Sugar
2 eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Kirsch Essence**(by Oetker- see photo above.)
mix together
Mix dry ingredients
2 cups Flour
1-1/2 teaspoons Natural Vanilla Sugar**(by Oetker- See photo above)
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
add to wet ingredients- Stir Well
fold in:
1/3 cup Dried cherries
1/3 cup chopped almonds.
Bake in greased and sugared a 4x8 loaf pan bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes.
