I also belong to a larger co-op that has all this plus fruit, nuts, organic coffee and teas, etc. I've learned to make a lot of things from scratch rather than buying prepackaged food and that has saved us money; even the regular grocery store isn't too expensive when you hit it for milk, cheese, vegetables, fruit, and a little bit of meat, and then leave.
